Audi dealer / Audi Charging Hub sites need a separate access permission before their pin appears on the map — registering the PowerX app (or joining PowerX First) on its own isn't enough.

What to do:

1. Check whether the permission is registered: in the app go to Account > Settings > Access Rights and look for the Audi Charging Hub / dealer site in that list.
2. If it isn't listed, add the permission on site — typically by scanning the QR code on the poster at the location.
3. After registering, allow a few minutes for the pin to appear; refresh the map (or restart the app) and check again.
4. Once the permission is registered, it also covers other Audi Charging Hub locations, so you don't need to re-register at each one.

Two things worth knowing before you charge at these sites:
- Audi HUBs are excluded from First pricing and bill at ¥85/kWh (the ¥45 rate applies at Economy/eligible sites, marked with an "F" pin on the map), and Kioicho is reserve-on-arrival rather than bookable 3 days ahead. That runbook entry is flagged as time-sensitive, so treat the numbers as needing confirmation. (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:174-178)

One gap: the workspace contains the runbook reference to that FAQ but not the FAQ article itself, so if the site *is* listed under Account > Settings > Access Rights and the pin still doesn't appear after a few minutes, I don't have documented next steps for that case — tell me which dealer and what your Access Rights list shows, and I can check further or route it for confirmation.

Here's what's going on and how to fix it:

**Why the pin isn't showing:** Audi Charging Hub locations (e.g., Kioicho, Shiba Park) require a separate access permission registered to your account — they don't appear on the map for everyone by default. You register this permission by scanning the dedicated access QR code posted on-site (or via the app: Settings > Access Rights list > Add new member permission). After registering, it can take a few minutes for the pin to appear on the map (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:156-160, :105-110).

**What to do:**
1. Open the app and go to Account > Settings > Access Rights list, and check whether the Audi Charging Hub location is listed.
2. If it's not there, scan the access QR code posted at the dealer/charging hub (or add the permission manually via Settings > Access Rights list > Add new member permission).
3. Wait a few minutes for the pin to reflect, then try again — the charger may also briefly show "preparing" right after permission is added.
4. Once registered, the permission works at other Audi Charging Hubs too, so you only need to do this once.

**One more thing to check:** If you're specifically at Audi charging hub Shiba Park, note that it's currently suspended for emergency maintenance (official notice updated 2026-07-31), which would also explain a missing pin. Audi Charging Hub（紀尾井町・芝公園など）は、アプリの登録やFirstへの加入だけではマップにピンが表示されず、拠点ごとの「利用権限の登録」が必要な仕様です。以下の手順でお試しください。

1. 権限の確認：アプリの「アカウント＞設定＞利用権限一覧」に、利用したいAudi Charging Hubの権限が表示されているかご確認ください。
2. 権限がない場合：現地に掲示されている専用のアクセス用QRコードを読み取るか、アプリの「設定＞利用権限一覧＞新しいメンバー権限を追加する」から権限を追加してください。
3. 反映を待つ：権限登録後、マップへのピン表示（反映）まで数分かかる場合があります。少し待ってからマップを再表示してみてください。

なお補足ですと、Audi charging hub 芝公園は設備の緊急メンテナンスのため現在サービスを一時停止しており、再開日は改めて案内される状況です（2026年7月31日時点の公式告知）。芝公園のピンが見つからない場合はこの停止が理由の可能性もありますので、紀尾井町のご利用をご検討ください。

上記を試してもピンが表示されない場合は、アプリの再起動や再ログインをお試しいただき、それでも解消しない場合はサポートまでお問い合わせください。
