**What the error means**
Diagnostic code 10506 ("safety device activated") is a **charger-side error**, not a problem with your vehicle or your booking. That's why it appears on both the left and right chargers and why rebooking doesn't help — the equipment itself needs to be inspected.

**What to do**
- Please use a **different charging station today**. Our team will investigate and restore this charger.
- We will **cancel your reservation so no cancellation fee applies**. If you receive a cancellation fee notice by mistake, please contact us again and we'll take care of it.
- If you incurred **parking fees** because of this, we'll check and cover them so you're not charged.

つきましては、恐れ入りますが本日は別の充電ステーションをご利用くださいますようお願いいたします。当該充電器については、担当部署にて調査・復旧対応を行います。

また、以下の点についても対応いたします。

- キャンセル料が発生しないよう、当方でご予約のキャンセル手続きを行います。万一キャンセル料の通知が届いた場合は、お手数ですが再度ご連絡ください。
- 駐車料金等が発生した場合も、お客様にご負担のないよう確認・対応いたします。
