Here's what's going on with both issues:

**1. Screen returns after Start, no error (Ioniq 5)**

This is a known pattern, and it usually resolves with a retry:
- Return the connector to the charger unit, then tap **"Charge again"** in the app — this typically starts the session.
- If it still won't start, try the **opposite charger** (the other dispenser). Within your reserved time you can use the other side on the same reservation without rebooking.
- If neither side works after these steps, please contact us again so we can check the charger.

**2. Output dropped from 100kW to 70kW after joining PowerX First**

Membership is not the cause — charging output **does not change** by membership type (PowerX First vs. general) or by pricing menu (Economy/Regular/Premium). Those plans differ only in renewable-energy ratio and price, not speed (/sources/en/runbooks/compatibility.md:139).

What actually affects output:
- **Auto-limiting by the charger** due to ambient temperature or the charger unit's own temperature (common in hot weather or after back-to-back use).
- **Your vehicle's power acceptance** and its charging state — output naturally fluctuates and tapers as the battery's SOC rises. Ioniq 5s in particular can show fluctuating output (e.g., 81/60/54kW) depending on battery temperature and condition.
- **Station configuration**: max output is 150kW when one port is in use, and 120kW when two ports are charging simultaneously (/sources/ja/public-help/articles/23123162280473.md:20-21).

Also good to know: billing is based on the energy delivered (kWh), not time, so a lower output doesn't put you at a pricing disadvantage.

If the 70kW cap persists across different stations and times of day, let us know your customer ID, vehicle details, and the date/time/station of the sessions, and we'll review the charging logs for your account.

**1. スタート後に画面が戻り充電できない場合**

エラー表示がない場合は、まずコネクタを一度充電器本体に戻し、アプリの「再度充電する」から再試行してください。多くの場合、これで充電を開始できます。それでも開始しない場合は、反対側の充電器（ディスペンサー）でもお試しください（/sources/ja/runbooks/charging-troubleshooting.md の CS-029）。

**2. 出力が100kW→70kWになった件について**

PowerX Firstへの加入が出力低下の原因ではありません。充電スピード（出力）は会員種別（PowerX First／一般）や料金メニュー（Economy／Regular／Premium）によって変わらず、すべて共通です。

出力が変動するのは、以下のような要因によるものです。

- 外気温や充電器本体の温度による自動的な出力制限
- お車側の受け入れられる電力（受電容量）やバッテリーの充電状態（SOC）の影響

なお、充電器の仕様は1口利用で最大150kW、2口同時充電時は最大120kWですが、使用条件や環境要因、車両の受電容量等により変化します（/sources/ja/public-help/articles/23123162280473.md:14-16、/sources/ja/public-help/articles/23459356662809.md:14-16）。また、料金は時間ではなく充電した電力量に応じた従量課金制のため、出力が低い時間帯があっても時間的に不利になることはありません。

上記をお試ししても充電が開始できない場合は、お手数ですが再度ご連絡ください。その際、ユーザーID・充電日時・ステーション名・左右の充電器・LEDの色・アプリや車内の表示内容などを教えていただけると、調査がスムーズに進みます。

IONIQ 5におけるスタート後の画面戻りおよび充電不可の事象は、コネクタの完全な装着確認、ケーブルの接続不良、または車載通信機（TCU）の一時的な通信エラーが原因である可能性が高いです。まず、ケーブルを一度完全に抜き取り再接続してから再試行し、改善しない場合は車両の電源を切った後の再起動や、充電器側での手動認証（QRコードスキャンなど）の再実行をお試しください。
