Good news — you can use either one. At the station you reserved, both dispensers (charging ports) are available for your reservation, so there's no need to pick a specific side.

Here's what to do:

1. Open the app and display the QR code for your reservation.
2. Scan it at whichever dispenser you'd like to use.
3. Connect the connector and start charging.

Two practical notes:
- If one dispenser is occupied, charging output can be shared: on these chargers the maximum output is 150 kW with one port in use and 120 kW when both ports charge simultaneously (actual output varies with conditions, environment, and the vehicle's acceptance capacity). https://support-evcs.power-x.jp/hc/ja/articles/23123162280473

ご予約のステーション内でしたら、どちらの充電口をお使いいただいても問題ありません。

PowerXの充電器は1台に2つのディスペンサー（充電口）が備わっており、予約はステーション単位で承っているため、空いている方をお選びいただいて構いません。お使いになる充電口のリーダー（コネクタ差込口の上）に、アプリの予約一覧に表示されるQRコードをかざしてください。QRコードは予約開始時刻の10分前にアプリへ表示されます。

そのあとコネクタを車両にしっかり差し込み、スタートを押すと充電が始まります。差込にくい場合は、差込口に対して垂直に差し込んでみてください。

なお、もう一方の充電口を他のお客様が同時に使っている場合、出力は2口合計で最大120kW（1口のみの場合は最大150kW）となるため、充電速度がやや遅く感じることがあります。
