法人（ダッシュボード利用）のアカウント登録では、認証コード入力後に「秘密の質問・会社メールアドレス・性別」を入力して登録を完了でき、クレジットカード情報の入力は不要です（/sources/ja/runbooks/corporate.md:125）。会社ドメインのメールアドレスを入力すると、クレジットカード登録をスキップできる仕様です（同ファイル:97、:111）。

なお、もし登録途中でクレジットカード入力画面に切り替わってしまい戻れない場合は、恐れ入りますが一度カード情報を入力して登録を完了させたうえで、アカウントを削除（アプリ内：アカウント＞設定＞アカウントの削除）し、改めて「電話番号入力→秘密の質問＋会社メールアドレス入力」の順で再登録していただく手順となります（同ファイル:97）。

**(2) 予約できなくなった件と時間帯ブロックについて**

予約できなくなった原因として、まずご予約はお一人様3件までという制限がございます（/sources/ja/public-help/articles/25179904291225.md:20）。数件予約された時点で上限に達している可能性があります。また、ダッシュボードからのご予約にはお支払い方法の設定が必要なため、未設定の場合も予約できないことがあります。

ただし、状況によって原因が異なるため、正確に確認するために**予約できなくなった画面のスクリーンショット**をご提供いただけますでしょうか。

24時間利用可能なステーションで朝夕の時間帯のみ予約をブロックしたい件については、利用者側で特定の時間帯の予約を禁止するセルフサービス機能は、現時点の案内資料では確認できておりません。対応可否や調整方法はステーションごとの状況によるため、**ブロックをご希望のステーション名**など詳細をお知らせいただけますでしょうか。内容を確認のうえ、ご希望に沿える方法があればご案内いたします。
