- **PowerX First members:** up to **75 minutes** per reservation, with booking slots of **30 / 45 / 60 / 75 minutes**.
- **General use (non‑member):** up to **30 minutes** only.

So if you previously set longer sessions and now only see 30 minutes, the most likely reason is that your PowerX First membership is no longer active (expired, auto‑renewal stopped, or the account is being used as general use). You can check this in the PowerX app under **Account > PowerX First** — if it shows that you are not currently enrolled, you're on general use, which caps a session at 30 minutes.

Two related points that often cause confusion:

- You can only pick durations that appear in the reservation menu; times not listed can't be specified. For example, if you only need about 10 minutes, you book a 30‑minute slot and use it as needed.
