Here's what to do after receiving the email verification code/link:

**How to complete verification**
- Open the verification link in the email **on the smartphone that has the PowerX app installed**. The link will not work on a PC, or on a tablet or other device that doesn't have the app.
- On iPhone (iOS), tapping the link automatically opens the deep link in the PowerX app and completes the email verification.

**How to confirm registration/verification succeeded**
- Once verification is complete, the **"unverified" label disappears** from your account. So if you no longer see that label, your email verification has succeeded — no further action is needed.
- After verification, you can **reserve and charge from a pin on the app's map**.

**One reassurance in the meantime:** even if the email address is still unverified, you can already register your account and make charging reservations, so being unverified doesn't block basic use.

If the "unverified" label still shows after tapping the link in the app, try opening the email link again directly on the smartphone with the app installed (not from a PC), and let us know if it still doesn't clear.

メールアドレスの確認コードが届いた後は、次の手順で認証を完了させてください。

**認証の完了手順**

1. 届いた認証メールには、確認コードに加えて認証用のURL（リンク）が記載されています。
2. そのリンクは、**必ずPowerXアプリをインストールしたスマートフォンで開いてください**。PCやアプリが入っていないタブレットなどで開いても、リンクが機能しません。
3. iPhone（iOS）の場合は、リンクをタップすると自動的にPowerXアプリが開き（ディープリンク）、メールアドレスの認証が完了します。

**認証が完了したかの確認方法**

認証が完了すると、アプリ内の「未認証」の表示が消えます。これが認証完了の目安です。認証後は、アプリのマップ上のピン（充電ステーション）から予約・充電をご利用いただけるようになります。

なお、すでにアプリへログインできている場合は、認証が完了していなくても予約・利用自体は問題なく可能です。もしリンクを開いてもエラーが出るなど認証が完了しない場合は、その旨をお知らせください。確認のうえご連絡いたします。

メールアドレスの確認コード（認証メール）が届いた後のお手続きは、以下の通りです。

1. 認証リンクを開く端末に注意
メール内の認証（確認）リンクは、必ずPowerXアプリをインストール済みのスマートフォンで開いてください。PCや、アプリが入っていないタブレットなどで開いてもリンクは機能しません（/sources/ja/runbooks/accounts.md:50）。

2. iPhone（iOS）の場合
リンクをタップすると、自動的にPowerXアプリのディープリンクが開き、メールアドレスの認証が完了します。

3. 認証完了の確認方法
認証が完了すると、アプリ内の「未認証」の表示が消えます。表示が消えていれば認証完了と判断して差し支えなく、アプリのマップ上のピンからそのまま予約・充電をご利用いただけます。

4. 登録自体が完了しているかについて
アプリにログインできてマップのピンから予約操作ができれば、登録は完了しています。メールアドレスが未認証のままでもアカウント登録や充電予約は可能です（/sources/ja/runbooks/corporate.md:97）。なお、認証用メールにはコードとあわせてURLが記載されていますので、コード入力だけで完了したか不安な場合は、同じメールのURLをアプリ入りスマートフォンで開き直してください。

5. うまくいかない場合
・アプリをインストール済みのスマートフォンでURLを開き直してください。ログインはできているがURLを開くとエラーが出るというケースでは、アプリ入り端末でのクリックで完了する場合があります（/sources/ja/runbooks/accounts.md:64）。
・メール自体が届かない場合は、公式ヘルプ「メールアドレスの登録で認証メールが届きません。」の手順（メールアドレスの入力確認、数分程度待つ、迷惑メールフォルダの確認、@power-x.jp の受信設定、別のメールアドレスで試す）をお試しください（https://support-evcs.power-x.jp/hc/ja/articles/24915784213529）。

なお、こちらでお客様の認証状態を確認したり、認証処理を代行したりすることはできません。アプリ入りスマートフォンでリンクを開いても「未認証」の表示が消えない、URLが開けないという場合は、アプリの画面のスクリーンショットと登録メールアドレスを添えてお問い合わせください。確認でき次第ご連絡いたします。
