Here's what's going on, based on our support guidance for exactly this case (runbook CS‑077):

**Why the pin isn't there**
Registering the PowerX app or joining First does not by itself give you access to the Audi charging hub sites. Those locations require a separate Audi Charging Hub access permission to be registered to your account, and until that permission is on your account the site's pin won't appear for you on the map.

**How to add it**
1. On site, scan the dedicated access QR code posted on the premises (poster at the hub), **or**
2. In the app: Account > Settings > Access Rights list > add a new member permission, then select the hub.

**After adding it**
- The pin can take a few minutes to appear/reflect on the map, so please wait briefly and refresh.
- Confirm the site is listed under Account > Settings > Access Rights. If the hub is not in that list, the permission has to be added on site via the posted QR code.
- If charging shows as "not available" right after scanning, add/confirm the permission and then try again — the unit may also be in a charging-preparation state.

**Your second question — other hubs**
Yes. Once the Audi Charging Hub permission is registered, it is not limited to one location; you can use the other Audi Charging Hubs with that same registration.

**One extra thing to check for Shiba Park specifically**
There is an official notice that Audi charging hub Shiba Park was taken offline for emergency maintenance, with the restart date to be announced separately, and that the Audi charging hub Thank you Campaign (running through Aug 31) remained usable at Kioicho. So a missing Shiba Park pin may be due to that suspension rather than your account. That notice was last updated 2026‑07‑31 and our copy of the material was refreshed 2026‑08‑17, so please verify the current restart status before relying on it.

**Heads-up on billing (time-sensitive, please verify)**
Audi HUBs are treated as excluded from First member pricing and are billed at the standard ¥85/kWh; the ¥45 rate applies at Economy/eligible sites (look for the F pin on the map). Also, Kioicho is reserve-on-arrival rather than bookable 3 days ahead.

If the pin still does not appear after the permission shows in your Access Rights list and you have waited a few minutes, tell me your account ID and the exact site name and I'll pass it on for a check — I can't confirm any account change on my own.

Here's what's going on and how to fix it:

**Why the pin isn't showing**
Registering the app or joining PowerX First alone doesn't unlock the Audi Charging Hubs (Kioicho, Shiba Park, etc.). These locations require a separate **Audi Charging Hub access permission** registration — typically done by scanning the QR code on the poster at the site. Until that permission is registered to your account, the pin won't appear on the map and you can't start a session (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:156-160).

**What to do**
1. Open the app and go to **Account > Settings > Access Rights** and check whether the Audi Charging Hub location is listed.
2. If it's not there, register the permission on-site by scanning the QR code on the poster at the hub.
3. After registering, allow a **few minutes** for the pin to reflect on the map — it doesn't always appear instantly.

**Does one registration work at other Audi Charging Hubs?**
Yes. Once the Audi Charging Hub access permission is registered to your account, you can use it at the other Audi Charging Hubs as well — you don't need to register separately at each location (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:160).

**One extra note on Shiba Park specifically:** per the official notice (updated 2026-07-31), Audi charging hub Shiba Park was temporarily suspended for emergency maintenance, so it may be unavailable regardless of your access permission; the Thank you Campaign (through Aug 31) continues at Kioicho (/sources/ja/public-help/articles/60632393400857.md:20-26). If the pin still doesn't appear several minutes after registering the on-site permission, please contact support again and we'll check your account's access rights.

## ピンが表示されない理由

## 対応手順

はい、**可能です**。一度権限登録をいただければ、紀尾井町・芝公園など他のAudi Charging Hubでもご利用いただけます（/sources/ja/runbooks/stations.md:160）。

## ご注意（芝公園について）

公式のお知らせによると、Audi charging hub 芝公園は設備の緊急メンテナンスのため現在**一時利用停止**中です（2026年7月31日時点の告知、再開日は決まり次第改めて案内とのこと。/sources/ja/public-help/articles/60632393400857.md:20-27）。芝公園のピンが表示されない場合は、権限未登録に加えてこの停止の可能性もありますので、まずは紀尾井町のご利用をご検討ください。

なお、権限登録後もピンが表示されない・充電が開始できない場合は、お手数ですがアプリの利用権限一覧の状態と併せて、再度お問い合わせください。
