No worries — this is a common situation and easy to fix on the spot. The red light and that message simply mean the charger's red emergency-stop button is engaged (latched in).

**How to reset it:**

1. Locate the red emergency-stop button on the charger.
2. Turn it **gently to the right** (clockwise) to release it — it will pop back out to its original position.
3. The dispenser light will return to **white**. Once it's white, you can start charging as usual.

A couple of extra tips:

- If another charger at the station is free, you're welcome to use that one instead.
- If the label/sheet on the emergency-stop button is damaged or needs replacing after the reset, let us know — we can arrange a replacement once we confirm your delivery address.

**解除方法**

You can usually release it yourself at the charger:

1. Make sure charging is not running (if it is, stop it first from the app/screen).
2. Gently turn the red emergency-stop button to the right (clockwise). It should pop back up to its original position.
3. Check the dispenser light — once it returns to white, the charger is available again and you can start charging (or, if you were trying to unplug after a session, remove the connector).
4. If the light stays red or the button will not turn/release, use an adjacent charger if one is free, and contact PowerX support with the station name, the unit (left/right, e.g. DU1/DU2) and a photo if possible. In those cases the site operator/dealer may need to reset the button, and in some cases it can be restored by a remote reset.

A couple of cautions:
- Only reset the button if there is no actual emergency or visible fault (smoke, damage, cable damage). If the stop was pressed because of a real problem, leave it engaged and report it.
- If both units at the station were tripped, each one needs to be released.
- If the instruction sheet/label on the button is peeling or missing, tell us and we can arrange a replacement once your delivery address is confirmed.

Output

非常停止ボタンが押された状態になっていますので、以下の手順で解除できます。

1. ディスペンサーについている赤い非常停止ボタンを、右（時計回り）へ軽く回します。
2. ボタンがポップアップして戻り、ランプが白色に戻れば解除完了です。
3. 白色を確認のうえ、改めて充電を開始してください。充電途中で押された場合でコネクタが抜けないときは、白色に戻ってからコネクタを取り外せます。

その場で解除できない・急いでいる場合は、隣の充電器が空いていればそちらをご利用いただくこともできます。

補足

- 充電ガンがロックされたまま抜けないケースでは、まず赤い非常停止ボタンを押してLEDが消灯してからガンを抜き、その後ボタンを右へ軽く回して元の位置に戻す手順になります（リリースボタンを押しながら左右に少し揺すって抜く方法も有効です）。
- ボタンが回らない、解除しても赤いままなど、お客様側で復旧できない場合は、店舗・ディーラー側での引き戻しやリモートリセットで復旧できることがありますので、お手数ですがサポート窓口までご連絡ください。
- 非常停止ボタンに貼られている注意シートが破損・剥離している場合は、送付先を確認のうえ交換用シートを手配いたします。
