Sorry for the trouble. Here's the quickest fix for a DU2 (right-side) charger that won't start:

1. **Switch to the opposite charger (DU1 / left side)** and try charging there. When one side won't start, the other side usually charges normally.
2. If DU1 also fails, first try the basics: reseat the connector firmly, make sure the vehicle is in Park (P) with power OFF, and check your charging settings, then retry.
3. If it still won't work after that, please contact us — it may be a charger fault and we'll investigate the unit.

DU2（右側）の充電器が使えない場合は、まず反対側のDU1（左側）の充電器へ移動してお試しください。片側で充電を開始できない場合でも、反対側では正常に充電できることが多いです。

なお、充電器の赤い非常停止ボタンが押し込まれていると、その充電器は利用できない状態になります（DU1・DU2の両方が押されているケースもあります）。DU1でも使えない場合は、非常停止ボタンが投下されていないかご確認ください。

1. **Switch to the other unit.** Move to the opposite (DU1 / left) charger and start again. When one side of a dual-unit station won't start, the other side usually works normally. (en/runbooks/charging-troubleshooting.md:229)

2. **Check the red emergency-stop button on the charger.** If it has been pressed down, the unit can't be used — and both DU1 and DU2 can be triggered at the same time. That needs the dealer/store on site to pull the button back out and reset it, so tell us the station and we'll ask them (if the store is closed, it's followed up on the next business day). (en/runbooks/charging-troubleshooting.md:428-430)

3. **If the DU1 side also fails**, it's likely a charger-side fault rather than your vehicle. We can't promise same-day recovery, so please use another charger or station in the meantime while it's investigated. (en/runbooks/charging-troubleshooting.md:180-181)

- Station name and which side (DU2 / right)
- Date and time you tried
- Any error code shown on the charger or in the app
- The charger's LED colour
- What the vehicle's display showed
- Vehicle model

One note: this guidance comes from an internal operational runbook, so if you tell me the station I'd treat the on-site condition (e.g. an emergency-stop or outage notice) as the deciding factor.
