What to do:
- Move to the other dispenser and scan the QR code shown in the app there — each station's charger has two dispensers and you may use either one within the station you reserved (en/runbooks/reservations.md:266).
- If charging failed on one side, the opposite dispenser usually works, so it's worth trying before heading elsewhere (en/runbooks/charging-troubleshooting.md:76).

A couple of related points:
- If your reserved start time has already passed, you can no longer cancel it yourself and you'd need a new reservation for a later slot (en/runbooks/reservations.md:82).
- On fees: once a QR code has been read, no cancellation fee applies; a fee generally only applies if the QR code was never read or you cancel after the reservation start time (en/runbooks/reservations.md:331, en/runbooks/reservations.md:252).
