Try this at the station
1. Reseat the connector firmly until it clicks and locks, shift into P, put the vehicle power fully OFF, and check vehicle-side settings (scheduled/timer charging, charge-limit setting).
2. Use "Charge again" in the app. Within your reserved time window you can retry as many times as you like — no new reservation needed.
3. Move to the opposite dispenser. You can switch sides on the same reservation without re-booking; in many one-side failures the other unit works. If both sides fail, use a different station for that day.
4. If the app is stuck on "stopping" and the cable won't come out:
   - Press the release button firmly and pull straight out, gently wiggling side to side (some charge ports are stiff).
   - If still stuck: press the blue button (second from the top on the unit) and wait about 30 seconds; when the LED goes out, remove the connector.
   - If that doesn't release it: press the red emergency-stop button, remove the connector once the LED goes out, then turn the red button gently to the right to reset it so the next customer can charge.
