**Basic flow**
1. Register your personal credit card in the app.
2. Join PowerX First (the membership fee is billed to whichever card is registered at the time of auto-renewal).
3. Change the registered card to your company card.
4. Make reservations and charge — charging fees are then billed to the company card.
5. Before your First renewal date, switch back to the personal card.
6. First auto-renews on the personal card.
7. Switch back to the company card again.
8. Continue reserving and charging on the company card.

**Simpler alternative**
If switching back and forth is too much hassle, you can skip steps 5 onward: stop automatic renewal instead, let the membership lapse, and then repeat steps 1–4 (rejoin First with the personal card, switch to the company card) each time you want to use it. Note that with this option you'd go through the join process each cycle.

**A few practical points to keep in mind**
- Card information cannot be changed while you have one or more reservations on the account — this includes cancelled reservations until their reserved time has passed (/sources/en/runbooks/billing.md:132 area, CS-132). So switch cards at a point when no reservations are pending.
- Prepaid and debit cards cannot be registered, so the company card needs to be an actual credit card (/sources/en/runbooks/billing.md CS-119/CS-146).
- The First membership fee is charged by auto-renewal to the card registered at that time (official Help Center article 36916548707353), which is why the timing of the switch matters.

Yes — that split is possible. The app only holds one registered card at a time, and there is no setting to assign a different card per fee type. What makes the split work is that the First membership fee is charged to whichever card is registered at the moment of auto-renewal, while charging fees go to whichever card is registered when you reserve/charge (PowerX First auto-renewal bills the card registered in the app: /sources/ja/public-help/articles/39956798936345.md:20).

Worked sequence (from our escalation guidance, CS-097):

1. Register the personal credit card in the app.
2. Join PowerX First — the membership fee goes to the personal card.
3. Change the registered card to the company card.
4. Create your reservation and charge — charging fees go to the company card.
5. Before the First auto-renewal date, change the registered card back to the personal card.
6. First auto-renews on the personal card.
7. Change the registered card back to the company card.
8. Continue reserving and charging as normal on the company card.

Alternative if you would rather not swap back mid-cycle: leave step 5 out and stop auto-renewal before the renewal date (Account > PowerX First management > stop auto-renewal), then repeat steps 1–4 after the membership expires. Note that during a free-trial period no membership fee is charged on either monthly or annual plans, so the swap only matters once a fee is actually due.

Points to plan around:

- You can check your renewal date in the app under Account > PowerX First management > payment plan confirmation, so you know when to switch back to the personal card.
- Card changes are blocked while a reservation exists. If you see "cannot change because there is at least one reservation," check for cancelled reservations — a cancelled reservation still blocks card changes until its original time slot has ended.
- Only non-prepaid, non-debit cards (e.g. Visa, JCB) can be registered.
- Separately, corporate registration via a company-domain email address can skip card registration entirely. That is a different setup from the swap above, so if company-billed charging without a personal card is the real goal, tell me and I can confirm the eligibility/domain details before you change anything.
