**Two things worth checking**
- **Cancellation fee:** cancel before the reservation/charging start time to avoid the ¥500 cancellation fee; after the start time you can no longer cancel it yourself and need support (/sources/en/runbooks/reservations.md:82–89). You can see the exact policy for a booking in the app under "Reservations/History" → the reservation → menu → "Usage details" → "Cancellation policy."
- **Slot availability at the new station:** a time bar shows gray (unbookable) if it's outside facility hours, a regular closing day, the charger is preparing/under maintenance, or someone else has already reserved it (/sources/en/runbooks/reservations.md:47–52).
