No — you won't be billed for charging you didn't do.

- **No charging fee:** Billing is pay-as-you-go based on the kWh you actually charge, so if no charging happened, there's no fee.
- **No cancellation fee:** Since you already scanned the QR code, no cancellation fee applies either.
- **If you see a card notification:** When you make a reservation, PowerX places a temporary authorization hold (pre-authorization) to verify your card. Some card companies notify you of this, but it is not an actual charge, and the hold is released later.
- **If a charge does appear:** If any billing did occur despite no charging, we'll review it for a refund and contact you — please reach out with your reservation details.

ご安心ください。**充電していない場合、充電料金は発生しません。** PowerXの充電は従量課金制のため、実際に充電が行われない限り料金はかかりません。

また、**QRコードをすでに読み取っていただいているため、キャンセル料も発生しません。**（QRコードの読み取りが確認できている場合はキャンセル料の対象外です）

万一、請求が発生していた場合は、返金を検討のうえご連絡いたしますので、その際は改めてお問い合わせください。

Output

Short answer: you shouldn't be billed.

- No charging fee: PowerX is metered per kWh, so if no electricity actually flowed, there's nothing to charge for.
- No cancellation fee: because the QR read completed (your app advanced to the "insert connector / instructions" screen), the cancellation fee does not apply.
- If you do see something from your card company, it may only be an authorization/credit-limit notification rather than an actual charge.
- If a charge does appear on your reservation or card, contact us with the station and reservation time — we'll review it for a refund and get back to you.

One caveat worth knowing: the official cancellation policy lists a ¥500 fee if you cancel after the reservation start time, or if the slot goes completely unused until the reservation/slot end time. Your exact terms are shown in the app under Reservations/History → select the reservation → top-right menu → Details → "Cancellation policy."

If you're still at the station and want to charge: push the connector in firmly until it clicks, shift to P, power the vehicle off, then press Start. If it still won't begin, tell me the vehicle model and any error/diagnostic code shown and I'll help from there.

Output

充電を開始されていない場合は、充電料金は発生しません。PowerXは充電した分だけをご請求する従量課金のため、スタートボタンを押して充電が始まっていなければ、充電料金自体はかかりません（/sources/ja/runbooks/charging-use.md:178、/sources/ja/runbooks/charging-troubleshooting.md:301）。

また、QRコードの読み取りが確認できている場合は、キャンセル料（500円）も発生いたしませんので、そのまま離れていただいて問題ありません。

ただし、次の2点だけご確認ください。

- 公式のキャンセルポリシーでは、「予約開始時間または充電開始時間を過ぎてキャンセルした場合」「予約終了時間（利用時間枠終了）までにご利用がなかった場合」は500円の対象とされています（/sources/ja/public-help/articles/16819739268249.md:28-33、/sources/ja/public-help/articles/40049412120217.md:20-23）。QRを読み取り済みのケースは対象外としてご案内していますが、念のためアプリ上の予約・充電状態を「終了／キャンセル」の形にしておくと安心です。
- コネクタを車両に差したままの場合は、一度抜き、充電器本体のホルダーに戻してください。差したままだと充電が始まる、または充電器が使用中状態になることがあります。

後からアプリの明細を確認して、充电していないのに料金が表示されていた場合は、この窓口までご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、返金の検討をいたします。
