**What happens from September as a general user:**
- General (non-member) registration has **no membership fee**. You are only billed for what you actually use, on a pay-as-you-go basis at the general rate (/sources/en/runbooks/membership.md:218).
- PowerX never automatically enrolls free-campaign users into the paid PowerX First membership. Enrollment into PowerX First only happens if you explicitly sign up on the application page (/sources/ja/public-help/articles/38947879238169.md:40-46).
- The free charging campaign has already ended (the subscription-based PowerX First launched on 2024/11/18), so from September onward each charging session will be billed at the general price (/sources/en/runbooks/membership.md:218).

**Two things to double-check on your side:**
1. **Confirm you're not enrolled in PowerX First.** You can check in the app under Account > PowerX First — it will show "Not currently enrolled" if you're only a general user (/sources/en/runbooks/membership.md:266). If you had enrolled via the 90-day free campaign and don't stop auto-renewal within the free period, the membership fee would be charged to your registered card after the trial ends (/sources/ja/public-help/articles/40050080640537.md:21-25).
2. **Pricing difference:** First members pay a discounted per-use rate compared to general users, so if you charge frequently, PowerX First may be worth considering — but it's entirely optional.

In short: stay as a general user and you'll pay nothing unless you charge, in which case you pay only the general usage rate for each session.
