Here's how to get charging started:

**1. Find the QR code in the app**
At your reserved time, open the app and tap your reservation in the **Reservation list** — your QR code will be displayed there (/sources/en/runbooks/reservations.md:141).

**2. Scan it at the charger**
The QR reader is located **above the connector slot** on the charger. Hold the displayed QR code over that reader (/sources/en/runbooks/reservations.md:142). When it's read correctly, you'll hear a "beep" and the screen will switch to a message like "please insert the connector" (it may take a few seconds) (/sources/ja/public-help/articles/23683261338649.md:26-28).

**3. Plug in and start**
After scanning, plug the connector firmly into your vehicle and press **Start** to begin charging. If the connector is hard to insert, try inserting it perpendicular to the port (/sources/en/runbooks/reservations.md:143).

A couple of notes:
- The correct order is **scan first, then plug in** — since you've already plugged in, just scan the QR now and follow the on-screen prompts.
- If the screen doesn't change no matter how many times you try scanning, please contact customer support (/sources/ja/public-help/articles/23683261338649.md:30).

**QRコードの場所と読み取り方**

1. アプリの「予約一覧」画面を開き、予約中のリストをタップするとQRコードが表示されます（予約時間になってからの表示です）。
2. スマホに表示されたQRコードを、**充電器本体のQRコードリーダー**にかざしてください（お客様のスマホでQRを読み取るのではなく、充電器側が読み取る形です）。

**すでにコネクタを差し込まれている場合**

ご連絡の状況では、手順の順番として先にコネクタを差し込まれた形ですが、そのまま上記のQRコード読み取りを試していただいて大丈夫です。画面が切り替わったら、充電開始画面の**スタートボタン**を押すと充電が始まります。

**もし画面が切り替わらない場合**

- コネクタを一度外し、「カチッ」と音がするまでしっかり差し直してみてください（参考：/sources/ja/public-help/articles/23681796635161.md）。
- 何度試してもQRコードが読み取れない・画面が変わらない場合は、お手数ですがカスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。

なお、充電終了は「予約時間の終了」「満充電到達」「アプリのストップボタン」のいずれかで行われます。明細は予約時間終了後にアプリで確認できます。

The QR code is **in the PowerX app, not printed on the charger** — and the correct order is scan first, then plug in. Since you've already plugged in, just follow the steps below from the scan.

**1. Get the QR code in the app**
Open the PowerX app → Reservation list (予約一覧) → tap your active reservation. The QR code appears there once your reserved start time is reached (the first‑time guide notes it shows from about 10 minutes before the reserved time). Note: the QR cannot be displayed if your phone is offline, so make sure you have a data connection.

**2. Where to scan it**
The QR reader is on the charger/dispenser itself, located **above the connector slot** (the recessed "scan here" area, roughly a 12 cm × 12 cm zone with the reader about 4.5 cm). Hold your phone screen facing that reader. A beep ("ピッ") and a screen change confirm a successful read — it can take a few seconds. If your charger has two dispensers, scan at whichever one you're actually using.

**3. Then plug in and start**
After the scan, the app/charger screen switches to "please insert the connector." Unplug the connector from its holder and insert it firmly into your vehicle (insert it perpendicular to the port if it's stiff), then press **Start** on the screen to begin charging.

**If it doesn't proceed**
- Screen shows "please insert the connector" but charging won't start: the QR was read fine — pull the connector out and reseat it firmly, then retry.
- Phone vibrates/beeps but the screen never changes: contact PowerX support (there's a phone option), as this points to a system error.
- Alert saying the QR can't be used / a different station's QR was scanned: you're at the wrong station for that reservation.
- You're at an Audi Charging Hub–type site and it says charging isn't possible: those locations need a usage permission added in the app (scan the on‑site poster QR, or Settings → usage‑permission list → add), then retry.

コネクタを先に差し込まれているようですが、手順は「QRコードの読み取りが先、コネクタの差し込みが後」です。一度コネクタを抜いて、以下の順でお試しください。

- 1台の充電器にディスペンサー（差込口）が2つある場合は、利用する側のディスペンサーでQRをかざしてください。
- 「このQRコードはご利用いただけません／別の充電ステーションのQRコードがスキャンされました」と出る場合は、現在地と予約したステーションをご確認ください。
