**Other companies' chargers at SAs (Dangozaka SA, Ebina SA, etc.)**
- These cannot be authenticated or used with the PowerX app. The PowerX app works only with PowerX-operated chargers (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:340).

**PowerX First registration**
- No separate registration is needed for other companies' stations — PowerX registration simply doesn't extend to them. To use another operator's charger, you'd authenticate through that operator's own app/membership system, not through PowerX (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:340).

**PowerX on expressways today**
- Our only expressway-location charger at present is **Highway Oasis Furari** (Minamiboso, Chiba), with stations on both directions:
  - Out-bound line for Tateyama (/sources/en/reference/stations.md:274)
  - In-bound line for Chiba (/sources/en/reference/stations.md:282)
  - Both are open 24 hours, year-round, with free parking.
- Expressway expansion is planned for the future (/sources/en/runbooks/stations.md:340).

One note: station availability is time-sensitive, so for the latest list of usable locations please check the station list in the PowerX app or our official station pages before your trip.

サービスエリア等に設置された他社製の充電器は、PowerXアプリでは認証・ご利用いただけません。PowerXアプリのご利用は、PowerXが運営する充電器に限られます。

なお、高速道路上のPowerX充電ステーションは、現時点では「ハイウェイオアシス富楽里」（下り線：館山方面／上り線：千葉方面、ともに24時間営業・駐車無料）のみです（/sources/ja/runbooks/stations.md:340、/sources/ja/reference/stations.md:274-282）。同ステーションは2025年6月に開設した、高速道路上では初のPowerX EVチャージステーションです（/sources/ja/reference/stations.md:1068）。今後、高速道路上への展開も予定しております。

**2. PowerX First登録時の他社充電器利用について**

PowerX Firstにご登録いただいた場合でも、他社充電器のご利用に別途登録は不要です。そもそも他社ステーションはPowerXアプリの対象外のため、PowerX Firstの特典（特典価格での超急速充電等）はPowerXステーションでのご利用に適用されるものとなります。

No — other companies' chargers at service areas cannot be used through the PowerX app.

**What the guidance says (CS-145):**
- Chargers installed by other operators at SAs (e.g. Dangozaka/談合坂 SA, Ebina SA) **cannot be authenticated or used with the PowerX app**. The PowerX app only works with PowerX-operated chargers.
- The only PowerX charger currently located on an expressway is **Highway Oasis Furari (both upbound/downbound directions)**.
- Registering for PowerX First does **not** require any separate/additional registration for other companies' stations — PowerX simply has no integration with them, so there is no add-on to sign up for on our side. Access to those chargers is handled entirely by each individual operator (their own app/membership card/payment method), which is outside PowerX's scope.
- PowerX does plan to expand its chargers onto expressways in the future.

**Practical takeaway:** If you're stopping at Dangozaka SA or Ebina SA, plan on using the on-site operator's own authentication method, and use PowerX First for PowerX stations (including Highway Oasis Furari if that's on your route). You can check live availability and reserve PowerX sites in the app.

One caveat: this station-network information is time-sensitive and is flagged in our operational guidance as needing confirmation against the latest official source, so if expressway coverage matters for a specific trip, it's worth re-checking the station list in the app close to your travel date.
