- If the charger's LED is red or an error code is shown (a different situation from yours), press the red button on the charger, wait for the LED to go off, then remove the connector — and afterwards turn the red button gently to the right to return it to its normal position so the next customer can use it.

充電完了後（LED消灯・緑点灯）のコネクタが抜けないケースの手順は以下のとおりです。

**1. 充電が停止していることを確認する**
アプリで「チャージストップ」を押し、充電器側が「充電コネクタを抜いてください」の表示になっているかご確認ください（この表示に変わってからが取り外しのタイミングです）。

**2. リリースボタンを押しながら垂直に引き抜く**
コネクタのリリースボタンをしっかり押し込んだまま、やや力を入れて垂直に引っ張ってください。車種によっては充電口（キャップまわり）が硬く、抜けにくいことがあります。

**3. それでも抜けない場合は差し込み直す**
一度奥まで（「カチッ」と音がするまで）差し込み直してから、再度リリースボタンを押して抜いてみてください。押しながら軽く左右に揺らすのも有効です。

**4. 改善しない場合はご連絡ください**
無理に引っ張るとコネクタ・充電口を傷めるおそれがありますので、それ以上は力を加えず、PowerX（アプリ内のお問い合わせフォーム／カスタマーサポート）までご連絡ください。その際、車種・ご利用拠点・充電器の左右・LEDの色・アプリや充電器に表示されている診断コードをお知らせいただけると、状況確認がスムーズです。
