**About your request:** At the moment, selecting a start time in 1-minute increments is not supported, so I can't offer a way to do that today. That said, this is valuable product feedback, and I'll share your request with the team in charge for consideration.

**What I'd suggest in the meantime:**

1. **Book in advance when possible.** If you reserve before arriving, charging can start smoothly right at your reserved time, so you won't lose those few minutes on-site.
2. **Use the Early Start feature if you have a reservation.** When the system determines there's no conflict with adjacent reservations, your QR code becomes available before the reserved start time, and you can begin charging early (the end time stays the same). For example, with an 11:00–11:30 reservation, if you arrive at 10:55 and scan the QR code, you can charge from 10:55 to 11:30 — a full 35 minutes.

Thank you for the suggestion — that's helpful feedback, and I'm sorry the 5‑minute minimum adds waiting time when you're already at the charger.

I'll share this with the product team as a feature request: allowing the start time to be selected in 1‑minute increments (or an immediate/"start now" option) when you're already on site. I can't promise a change or a timeline, but the request itself will be passed along.

In the meantime, a couple of things that may reduce the wait:

- Book ahead rather than on arrival, so the reserved slot begins right when you get there. PowerX First members can book from 3 days in advance, up to 3 reservations at a time, and can add another location if slots are open (en/runbooks/reservations.md:68).
- Slot length also depends on your plan: general use is limited to 30‑minute slots, while PowerX First members can book 30/45/60/75‑minute slots and get a lower unit price (en/runbooks/membership.md:314, en/runbooks/charging-use.md:248).
- If you arrive early, you can park while you wait — you can stay parked for up to 75 minutes even after charging finishes (en/reference/membership.md:63).

If the 5‑minute gap is causing you a specific problem (for example, a cancellation fee or a blocked connector when you arrive), tell me what happened and I'll look into that separately.

現時点でお待ち時間を短くする仕組みとしては、事前予約とアーリースタートがございます。走行中や出発前に空き枠を押さえておけば、到着後すぐに予約時刻から充電を始められます。また、到着が予約時刻より早くなった場合でも、前後の予約状況や充電管理システム上問題がないと判断されれば、予約開始時間より早くQRコードが表示され、その時点から充電を開始できます（終了時刻は予約時と同じです）。なお、予約枠は一般利用が最大30分、PowerX First会員は30/45/60/75分から選択、予約は3日前から可能です。
